Microsoft introduced a bug into Word 2007 SP2 that causes information from the eXtyles Document Information dialog to be lost when working with DOCX files (the problem does not occur when working with DOC files). To fix this problem, you need to install two patches from Microsoft:

Please install the patches in the order shown above. Note that you only need to install these patches if (a) you are using Word 2007 SP2 and (b) you are using DOCX files with eXtyles. However, based on the list of fixes identified by Microsoft in the second patch, it may be advisable for all users of Word 2007 SP2 to install both patches.
